Workshop on the Global 19th Century
The UC, Riverside Workshop on the Global 19th Century is a collection of scholars from across the disciplines and from a variety of methodological perspectives whose work is informed by their training in nineteenth-century studies. The objective of the Workshop is to begin and maintain interdisciplinary discussions about the material and cultural changes that took place during the "long" nineteenth-century and to continue to evaluate their impact across the globe as well as on our own century.
